What is Fetch365™?
Fetch365™ is the first fully automated lost key recovery service. Your car dealership provides these tags, which are attached to key chains. Each tag has a unique, securely coded number that identifies a particular owner. All tags are marked with a toll-free number to call when keys are found. Once the corresponding ID number is entered, our automated system identifies the owner and sends an email containing the information needed to retrieve the lost keys.

Why should I protect my key chain?
Losing your keys is distressing and people lose their keys everyday. Many automobiles are now equipped with some type of security device which is part of your keys. These systems are very expensive to replace, not to mention the time it would take to replace them. Some alarm and keyless entry systems can cost from $50 - $1,500. In addition, most people keep their house keys and other keys with their car keys. In this case it can be quite expensive to replace the entire set of keys. Why not insure your peace of mind?

How much does it cost?
The Fetch365™ service is free. Your car dealership pays for a lifetime of protection as long as the indentifying tag is attached to the keys.

How safe is my personal information?
Fetch365™ is about safety! We ask you to provide only the absolute essential information necessary to retrieve your property. Your information will not be sold to other parties. As a Fetch365™ participant, you will receive helpful service reminders and money saving coupons. However, you will always have the option not to receive your dealer’s special promotional offers.

Where can I get these tags?
Tags are distributed exclusively through your car dealership. Check the complete list of dealers offering the lost key recovery system.

How are my items returned to me?
If you lose your keys, just check your email often. Once your keys are found and reported, an automated email sent to you or your dealership will contain the necessary information to recover your lost keys.

Why would someone want to return my keys?
Fetch365™ believes people are good by nature. Inherently, there is really no reason for a finder to want to keep your keys. The main reason keys are not returned is because the finder does not know how to identify the correct owner. In addition, finders are motivated to return items when a reward is offered.

What is the reward all about?
All finders will be sent a free Fetch365™ tag for being a good samaritan. A valuable reward because they know it works! Owners or dealers may provide additional rewards.
